Welcome to Heartland Cruisers

Car Club

Experience the fun!

The Heartland Cruisers Car Club was founded in 1988. Prior to forming the club, members had been casually meeting on Saturday nights at an Ice Cream Shop in Hueytown, Alabama, which was the site of one of the first cruise-ins in the Greater-Birmingham area. After the club was founded, the cruise-ins grew and changed locations several times.

The club now hosts the cruise-in at the Wal-Mart Super Center on Academy Drive in Bessemer, Alabama. The Heartland Cruisers also host the annual Run to the Mill at Tannehill Car Show, held at Tannehill State Park in McCalla, Alabama. The club works year-round organizing this show, which has benefited many children's charities throughout the years.

The club has grown into a tight-knit family of people who share a common interest in the car collecting hobby. Members enjoy attending shows and cruise-ins, going out to dinner, going on cruises and just having fun together!
